Happy Birthday to Clarence Reed aka Blowfly

Producer, songwriter, singer & musician Clarence H. Reid aka Blowfly passed on to the next world in 2016. Today we celebrate his birthday. Let's celebrate with a podcast show filled with some of the most rare Blowfly tracks out there. Clarence was a friend of the show. Manager Uncle Tom is a Little Rock native, and made sure Donavan & Byron had access to the most recent world of Blowfly in the final years. Unfortunately at Blowfly's LR gig, arranged by Donavan Suitt & Dotty Oliver of the LR Free Press, was cancelled at the last minute by the booker at Vino's because the band was late for sound check. The gig was moved across town to a WM3 benefit by Misfits singer Michale Graves - an amazing double bill. Blowfly is a character performing comedy. Not for the easily offended.
